HISTORY


SMC was founded by Professor Grafton Whyte in 1991 as an analytical consultancy, specializing in measuring and optimizing the performance of websites and call centers.


In 2011 Leon J. Whyte took over the company and transformed it into the sales development organization it is today.


As a result of Covid-19, SMC has now expanded its services in line with the market shift in terms of customer priorities to include:


  • virtual/hybrid team building and development
  • process redesign
  • strategic management
  • product conceptualization and (re) development
  • social media marketing
  • organizational restructuring
